LOWER SECONDARY WORDPLAY 2012
Twenty-four schools from Brunei sent teams for the competition. Each school chose its team of four with two students from Year 7 and two from Year 8. There are six different types of word games, each posing a different type of puzzle that plays with the language in its own particular way. The categories were Vocabulary, Definitions, Spellings, Anagrams and Connections, Word Bricks and General Knowledge. The grand final consisted of the top two teams STPRI (Sekolah Tinggi Perempuan Raja Isteri) and Pengiran Anak Puteri Hjh Masna Secondary School (SM PAP Hjh Masna) with STPRI emerging the 2012 champions.
